Laundry Guidelines & Delivery Schedules

NORMAL SERVICE: Garments collected before 10:00 a.m. will be returned after 7:00 p.m. the same day. Garments received after 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the next evening.
EXPRESS SERVICE: Express service available between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at a surcharge of 100%.
PRESSING SERVICE: One hour pressing available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In case of discrepancy of undeclared defects, stains, or discolorations, laundry will process garments only after further clarification.
Hotel liability for any loss or damage during processing is limited to max five times the cleaning value.
